Redemption Earned honors the life and legacy of Judge Teresa Tanner Pulliam, retired Jefferson County Criminal Circuit Judge and Founding Executive Director of Redemption Earned.

Judge Pulliam devoted her life to justice, integrity, and compassion. As a jurist, mentor, and advocate, she believed deeply in accountability paired with humanity and in the power of redemption for those impacted by the justice system. Her leadership helped shape Redemption Earned into an organization grounded in dignity, second chances, and service to the most vulnerable.

Her legacy continues through our work, the lives she touched, and the Judge Teresa T. Pulliam Fellowship, established in her honor to carry forward her vision of justice rooted in fairness and hope.
